1 Service Agreement Overview

Welcome to Aodnis Salon ERP. By accessing, purchasing, or using our enterprise software, you signify your unreserved agreement to these terms. The "Service" refers strictly to the cloud software platform, point-of-sale functionality, employee management algorithms, and the dashboard.

2 Usage Guidelines & Licensing

We provide unrestricted scale regarding client databases, employees, and users explicitly for your authorized company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize the software tools.

  • You agree not to reverse-engineer any intellectual property.
  • Your login credentials must not be shared excessively outside of your operational staff.
  • The platform cannot be utilized for illegal multi-jurisdictional billing practices.

3 Uptime and Service Availability

Aodnis ERP operates on continuous cloud hosting infrastructure meant to sustain round-the-clock enterprise functionality. While we strive to maintain a 99.99% uptime, we are not liable for external outages caused by physical network providers, malicious denial-of-service attacks, or scheduled maintenance patches (which will always occur outside peak business hours).

4 Fees, Billing & Data Autonomy

Once the final installation fee and subscription plans are agreed upon, billing applies immediately based on your chosen structure (Monthly, Half-Yearly, Annually). You retain 100% intellectual property authority over the data inputted. We expressly verify zero external manipulation and zero selling of your proprietary enterprise data.
