1 Our Commitment
Accordingly, we at Aodnis ERP (“Aodnis ERP” or “we” or “us” or “our”) aim to provide our customers with high-quality software products and excellent service. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below detailing our processes.
2 Refund Eligibility Timeline
Refunds are only available within 1 month (30 days) of the original enterprise purchase date or initial installation fee payment. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
3 Conditions for Processing a Refund
Since Aodnis ERP provides extensive enterprise software deployed to your specifications, refunds will only be issued under strict conditions:
- The ERP system is found to be demonstrably defective or non-functional.
- The system does not meet the core specifications as explicitly outlined in our official product documentation or your service agreement.
- Proof of purchase: Customers must provide formal proof of purchase (invoice number, receipt, and account details) in order to be eligible for the review of a refund.
4 Non-Refundable Items & Services
Please note that data migration services, custom module development requested outside of the standard package, and third-party API integration fees are non-refundable once the work has been initiated.
