At Aodnis ERP, security is not an afterthought. Your data privacy is our absolute priority. All information, records, and client databases are highly encrypted both in transit (using TLS 1.3) and at rest. We utilize enterprise-grade security protocols so that your salon's proprietary information remains strictly confidential and secure against unauthorized access.

2 Zero Data Selling Policy

We believe your data belongs to you. We do not sell, rent, trade, or distribute your data to any third parties for any reason. Aodnis ERP's business model is sustained solely by our software subscriptions. Your client lists, employee records, and revenue data are never monetized.

3 Minimal Data Collection

We purposefully collect only the information strictly necessary to provide and operate the Aodnis ERP platform effectively. We do not collect unnecessary tracking data. Any information we do store is used exclusively to facilitate your daily business operations such as processing billing, managing queues, and maintaining active user accounts.

4 Your Data Control

You have full autonomy over your data. As an administrator of the Aodnis ERP instance, you can update, edit, or permanently delete any stored information at any time. If you decide to close your enterprise account, your specific data repository is permanently erased from our cloud servers.
